“This is my second purchase. My first purchase was Soren and had both my 2 kids names and I loved it that’s why I came back for a larger piece cos I had my 3rd child. I would give 5/5 however, I’m not a fan of the new chain. I loved the old chain better. The links of the new chain are way too small and feels/looks cheap when I put my necklace on. Please bring back the old chain, or at least give your customers the option to choose.”
Hi Clare, ahhhh this is a tricky one. I always want to make everyone happy which is why we actually changed the chain over 🙈. Our customers who wear layered pieces had gave feedback that a difference in chain between bar necklace and pendant necklace would be good, we also had feedback that a more dainty chain would be preferred so the chain change came from wanting to meet those requests. I'm so sorry it's not your preferred chain though. If you ever want to order again we're very happy to make with the older style chain, just pop a note in your order. I'm super grateful for your feedback Clare, it's very important to hear what our customers are saying and I wish I could have the perfect chain for everyone!
