“The quality of the materials is good but I bought three for fathers day and based it on the measurements provided by my family members. The website is really unclear (it only lists the detailed measurements for the M size) and I ordered S size which at check out says 19cm. My family measured 18cm wrist circumference so I thought a sizing of 19cm would work. What I didn't know was that the internal size once you bend the bracelet and put it on is much shorter than 19cm (goes down to 17.5cm). We tried to raise the issue with customer service and they have dismissed and been really deflective of any responsibility for clearly stating product details for all sizes. I was offered a small discount to reorder (and spend another $150 to replace all three bracelets). Very disappointing.”
Hi Kate, thank you for your feedback. I totally understand it's frustrating when something doesn't fit as hoped, especially a custom made item. We always try to be very transparent with our sizing and your actual example is covered in our product description which reads 'Model wears a 21cm (M) size & wrist measures 18cm' - this is there to give an indication of how to size - there's a 3cm difference there and your family members wrist size is the example. While we can't resize these bracelets we can offer a discount to reorder as our customer care did, I'm sorry this wasn't the resolution you were hoping for though. Kindest, Nikki.
