“The hoops were awkward to put in. They came undone when sleeping and lost a pendant(found in bed). They don't stay closed for me.

Hi Toni, I appreciate your feedback about our hoops, these can be tricky to get in but once they’re in they shouldn’t come undone and are designed to be worn 24/7. A little trick we find helpful is to put them in backwards, so the post of the hoop goes through the back of your ear lobe to the front, then you can look in a mirror to make sure they're fastened right. If you try this and still no luck reach our to our customer care and they can replace them for you just in case there's an issue with this pair. Kindest Nikki xx

Hi Caitlyn, oh this isn't normal, you might not have them fastened quite right. They're designed without clasps so they're comfortable to sleep in and don't need to be removed but it does make them tricky to get in. We have a little card you should have received with them but please reach out to our customer care if you don't have this and we can help with making sure they're in properly.
