“This necklace arrived what I would consider faulty, the shape of the c was very irregular and didn’t look great. Upon reaching out to customer care they were fantastic and offered to replace, but I was disappointed that I was initially told this meets their level of quality control. I’m unsure yet if I would make another purchase based off this experience - but I’m also keen to highlight how great the customer service was and kept me up to speed with what was happening and the replacement product was better quality.”
