“I was ripped off. I ordered this product months ago. It didn't work out of the box. It took several months for a representative to get back with me. I accepted that they had a technical issue with their software. Finally got some movement and they promised a replacement item. It has been at least a month since they promised a replacement and I have not heard back since then and I have sent follow-up communication. Meanwhile, my garden is being plundered by animals because I had to pull the charger off of that fence to protect my chickens from predators. I had ordered from this company before and I used them again because the product was good and was shipped timely. However, this was the first time I had to interact with their customer service.”
