Although advertised as being made for the 1.25 post, the 250 I ordered do not fit the 1.25 T posts I purchased from Tractor Supply. I've used this style before (Stafix), as well as the two pin style, but not this particular one. The 6 or so I attempted to install required pliers and were damaged trying to stretch them wide enough to fit. If you have tractor supply t-posts, these aren't for you.

economical, versitile, easy to use. connecter for pin locks weak and break like every brand I have tried. No problem if I can find extras.

Used these on high tensile fence. The clip that holds to the T post broke after only a few months. I had another brand of pin lock insulators installed on the same fence and they did not experience these issues.

We often have elk or deer running through our pasture fences so fence repair work is near constant. The pin will often break when there is extreme pressure on the wire, which is actually good in our case. These pin-lock insulators are very easy to install and we use them to replace any broken pins and/or insulators.

These provide a very secure attachment for electric rope fencing. But they are tough to install on the larger size t-posts. I had to use pliers to get them to clip on.

We like the fact that they work for wood or T posts. They seem to hold up better than the hard plastic ones others sell.

Holds tight to the post and with the wide opening gap, the high tinsel wire has plenty of play to compensate for the variances of each driven post. You will need to use a flat tip screwdriver to put these onto the post. The only drawback is that the pins are attached to the original clip via a very flimsy piece of plastic. It is easy to lose some pins, I get around this by placing all my clips into a bucket. That way if one falls off, it will more than likely be still in the bottom of the bucket. Overall I will be buying more of these for any future fencing needs.
