“I prefer these with the separate channel for the ground wire. I've used the single screw clamps and they are harder to set up than these triple screw clamps. Will buy again.”
“i bought these expecting a high quality product. When they arrived, I noticed they had flat blade screws, and not that deep a slot. If I want to add something to the ground later, perhaps an additional ground rod, I'm concerned the screw won't hold up. I checked, any others I've seen are phillips with deeper slot.”
“The universal ground clamp is advertised as 1/4 to 1.25. I would not recommend it for any rod under 5/8 as it does not close far enough to stay in place on even a 1/2 rod let alone make a good contact for a proper ground.”
