Jumper lead with 2 clips. Recommended for ensuring good connections between reels and temporary fence wires. For permanent installations, joint clamps are recommended.Clips are approximately 3in long4ft connection cableRed
“I use the leads for jumping from permanent electric fence to electric net, to movable temp. fence etc. They conduct current well and attach tightly. You have to check to make sure the lead at the end of the wire inside the alligator clamp is attached securely. Most are not and if you didn't know it, well there go the animals.”
“We use these connectors for rotational grazing with reels and electronet fencing. They are a key component to making the whole system work. I have found these connectors to be better than the competition for durability. My only complaint is that the wire does come disconnected sometimes, but to be fair, these clips are out in the sun and weather for six months at a time. Consider them as an item that will need to be maintained or replaced every few years. Kencove has some good videos. I would love to see a video to help me figure out how to best fix the clips when the wire breaks. There must be a good way to do it since the clips are sold separately here: http://www.kencove.com/fence/Power+Connectors_detail_MPCCR.php Thanks!”
“Totally awesome I don't know why didn't try it before. It was easy to order and good advice from the person that took my question on the phone. Going to buy more.”
“we have found that your jumper leads make great connect/disconnects. unlike more mechanical switches which have parts which deteriorate, our jumper leads are very reliable”
