Gain peace of mind in a flash! Strainrite Fence Light indicates the strength of your electric fence at any given time. The longer the period between flashes, the lower the voltage on the fence. The LED bulbs allow for a 160-degree angle of visibility and are visible up to 1km at night and 100m during the day. Fence Light can be used with most fence energizers and operates from 0.9kV to 12kV.
- Indicates the voltage strength of your fence by the interval between flashes
- No batteries required
- Uses minimal power from the fence
- Waterproof IP66
- Grade 316 stainless steel wire for longevity in coastal and corrosive environments

I like the idea and was hopeful but neither works without something putting pressure on the back. Like the battery doesn’t fit into the compartment correctly without pressure. When I squeeze when they flash, let go and no flash. I should’ve returned but got busy with other things. They are still on the fence. Maybe I’ll play around with them when I have a spare moment and see if I can get them working.

I get zapped by current when I touch the line but there’s absolutely no light showing on the Strainrite Fence Light. ????

Thank you for leaving a review of the Strainrite Fence Light, we'd love to help you out and determine if there's an issue with the product. This device flashes quickly when there's an issue and has long intervals between flashes when the voltage is strong. Do you have fence tester that you could get a reading? If you create an intentional ground issue on a hot strand, does it flash? Those two things could help determine if it is working properly or not. We're happy to help and eager to hear what results from those two tests!
