Thank you for leaving a review of the Strainrite Fence Light, we'd love to help you out and determine if there's an issue with the product. This device flashes quickly when there's an issue and has long intervals between flashes when the voltage is strong. Do you have fence tester that you could get a reading? If you create an intentional ground issue on a hot strand, does it flash? Those two things could help determine if it is working properly or not.
