Using it for my adult laying hens on pasture for now. When that's done, it will be used as a hazing fence for mustering in cows and calves. Excellent product.

First of all, I LOVE this fence!!! There are lots of dogs, opossums, raccoons and other predators around but as of this review we haven't lost a single chicken!! With that being said, when I ordered the 164' and 82' fence along with the charger, I thought I'd have everything I needed. But you will also need some ground wire and a ground rod. Also a set of jumpers from the charger to fence. That not a big deal but it would be nice if you could buy everything you needed at once to get it up and running... As others have said, the fence does tend to sag a little in some areas. I found a cheap and easy remedy for that. I bought 1/2"x5' pvc pipes. I cut a small notch in the top of each one. Then I hammered them into the ground wherever I needed one. Works perfectly!! I would definitely recommend this fence to anyone!!!

i have not tried it with electricity yet so i am not sure how easily that is done. however, i have used it as a temporary pasture fence for my sheep & goats. without electricity, they like to get their heads stuck in it. also, one of the goats figured out how to just jump up, push it down, & walk over it. these are problems that i am sure will be remedied with electricity. however, it was very simple to assemble and is a nice sturdy fence even with all the horse play from my ruminants.

This electric netting is very easy to put up, and I love how it doesn't have flimsy plastic posts, they're actually wooden. The double spiked posts are also very sturdy, and don't appear as though they will become warped with repetitive hammering when we move the fence (unlike our other electric netting with double spikes bought from a different place). I would highly recommend getting this electric netting; the price, fast shipping, and sturdiness of the netting are more than enough to get me sold on buying this again in the future!
