The Hayes Chain Grab features a heavy-duty chain and grab. For use with 6-16 gauge high-tensile and barbed wire. It has a 750-pound holding strength and does not damage galvanized coating. This reliable grab is made in New Zealand and has been proven in the field for over 100 years.

“Putting up 1/3 of a mile of fence and installing vineyard so I have put it to the test the last couple of weeks. So far it has worked flawlessly. “The chain is a bit short so I use my other chain grab in conjunction, the chains are interchange able and I like having a hook on the other end for tying off to the corner post. I have been using mine for well over a year now and would not do any fencing without it. It does work on barbed wire also, but I primarily work with the high tensile wire.”
