Read Kencove Farm Fence, Inc Reviews

The Universal Strainer Handle incorporates a spring-loaded ratchet pin and fits most common brands of permanent wire strainers (fits Hayes & Donalds).
Self-ratcheting for ease of use, the safety action ensures the high strength steel drop pin stays in contact with strainer teeth at all times.

This is, hands down the best in-line strainer. Kencove also gets 5 Stars. Their service and knowledge is outstanding! I have been ordering from them for over 10 years.

Good product. Feels sturdy, not flimsy. Only four stars as it's a little wide for some of the strainers on my fence line. It still works but I have to be careful to keep it from slipping while ratcheting on the skinnier strainers.

Very handy to have it Rachet instead of taking it and getting another bite

Once I bent the tines in, they worked on the cog I purchased but trying to be "universal" means it doesn't fit all that well on anything. I'd have preferred the cheaper, specific handle for the cogs I have but they were out of stock.

The tool is too wide for the Kiwi strainers I bought so it is clumsy using it.

This tool works, but quality not great, the rod that locks into the ratchet bent on first use and the outside arms also moved out and this allowed two of the strainers to come apart during the wind, when I noticed what was happening, bent arms back in tight and holds the strainer together firmly now while winding, I would pay more for a handle that would last and work better
