“Used the wire twist tool today. The tool can be used to do finish twisting of wire ends in starting/terminating/joining woven wire fence. It seems to be a practical solution for a limited number of joins. I was twisting 12.5 gauge woven wire fence and it was not easy. Seems applicable to small scale jobs unless you have hands of steel. For large scale jobs such as my perimeter fence, my contractor used the geared power drill attachment that made short work of the twisting. So for professional scale work I recommend the power solution. For small scale jobs the flat wire twisting tool is cost effective.”
