Plasson Quick-Coupler Valves allow you to hook up a full-flow valve as quickly and easily as opening a door. When the ¾in male riser (VCR) section is pushed into this quick-coupler valve, it easily snaps into place and opens the valve fully. A simple squeeze on the snap arm of the riser releases the connection and automatically shuts the valve off. The highly visible, hinged, yellow cover keeps dirt out when not in use. Working pressure is 120 PSI. NPT thread.
The Quick-Coupler Valve can be used for above-ground or buried water systems. If using a buried system, it is common to protect the Valve with a piece of 8in PVC pipe and cap.
