The Wireless 5-Light LED Tester simplifies testing your electric fence. It measures the approximate voltage from any position on the fence line and the output voltage directly from the energizer. The bright LED lights are easy to read, and there are no extra wires or ground probes needed. Simply touch the top of the tester to the electrified fence or energizer fence terminal and push the tester button.

“Simple and not really accurate, but gets you confortable knowing fence is working reasonably ... My test showed 10k, my regular tester showed fence at 6,700”

“Works great, very easy to see the light even in bright sunlight & no time is spent untangling the ground wire and probe. Works well with twine and wire, just be sure the wire or twine is up against the tester where it should be. With tape/ribbon it works better if the tape is folded over (easier to do when by a post & insulator). Not so sure how well it will work with the wider tapes. Do have a problem with the battery cover falling off but that's easily fixed by some duct tape. (I probably could send it back & have it replaced but there's no way I'm going back to my other tester.....ever!) Still deserves a 5. Worth every penny and then some.”

“The voltage detected by this tester is interesting because on all the fences I tested with it, this meter always reads about 3 or 4 thousand volts higher than all my other testers. So which tester is giving an accurate voltage reading? Other than that, this tester is easy to use because it doesn't have a wire to stick in the ground that eventually breaks, and is easy to read in direct sunlight.”

“I like this tester, has worked great so far, the lights are nice and bright, easy to see (hated trying to see my old one in any kind of daylight), convenient to use, only issue is sometimes it takes a few seconds to read the fence charge strength so it may seem like the fence isn't working but if you wait a little longer it'll show up. I use it on high tensile, soft wire and portable turbo wire on reels.”
