“My favourite Bourbon neat would have to be the Four Roses line up. I normally prefer the mashbill to be around the 75% corn/ 25% rye etc.. however the Single Barrel with the higher rye content being 60% corn/ 35% Rye/ 5% malted barley I find is truly a fine sipper
