I was genuinely impressed with the service of the staff of KSC - information on the product was helpfully provided, a costing query was resolved and my request in respect to postage was readily agreed to. As this item is a Limited Edition product, it came in a gift box, in pristine condition (not necessarily the case in other reviews I have read of other sellers for similar items).
