We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Fluffy Brow Filler. The formula is designed to work with the brush so that only a small amount of product is applied evenly for a natural look. With continued use, the brush picks up more product, and the texture becomes smoother and easier to apply.
For best results, try brushing against the direction of hair growth first to coat each hair, then brush back in the natural direction to shape and define your brows. You can repeat this process to build intensity.
