“This has replaced my previous MCT powder, I put it in my coffee for my trip to work. I like that it doesn't need refrigeration. I do find the pouch a bit unwieldy, I end up getting powder on my hand as the bag gets more empty; now I transfer it into a wide-mouth container, so much easier. I can't say for sure that it improves my brain function, but at 67, I'll take the possibility!”
