“Test strips themselves are fine. Work well. Getting the order was a nightmare. I order on 13 Dec 20. You used USPS which as of 24 Dec 20 have still not delivered product. I called Walgreens, Riteaide ,Walmart, GNC, CVS, and Target in Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, and Staunton. None had your strips. I ended up buying your competitors meter and strips. Please use UPS for your products.”
“I love Keto Mojo. I usually purchase your products from Amazon. I have the old meter and am purchasing the old strips. I was prompted that I could upgrade and tried to do the process online - instead of purchasing nearly $80 of strips for an old meter, I would have happily upgraded. The process was convoluted and it wasn't clear if I 1/turned off my old meter without the upgrade 2/the price listed in the prompt after my purchase wasn't the same package when I was redirected.
