“I was pleased to see that a small brown box arrived on my doorstep within a few days of ordering (I used default delivery where final delivery was handled through U.S. Postal Service). Inside were separate boxes for glucose and BHB test strips. My only surprise was that the first glucose reading was 100 when my other glucometer read 80 so I guess that I will need to do the calibration procedure on this new batch of GK+ strips...”
“Very disappointed. I received my strips and my ketone strips have an expiration of only a few months away. When I contacted customer service they said that’s just the way it is because they have to rotate stock. However, the strips were older than the strips I received almost a year ago w my last order. Someone must have fallen asleep during stock rotation. This is not the second time this has happened; the last time they sent me a replacement box.”
