“The system is well thought out, but the biggest letdown is user manual. I immediately encountered problem with control measurements. The package inserts speak about ketone CTRL2 and CTRL3 solutions, the bottle is labelled Level2. I doe a measurement twice, get 2,2 and 2,1 mmol/l and then I am told to refer to values printed on the strip box or labels, but the problem is, the values aren’t there. It’s quite confusing and I have no idea if the measurements are correct or not. A picture in the User’s Manual shows totally different values for CTRL2.
The section of the Manual about the app needs rewriting too. Pairing happened automatically and no code was required. Or am I again missing something?”
