“I ordered two items within a day from each other. The first was shipped within next day. I thought both orders would be shipped together. Yesterday I received the first shipment. Shipping to Latvia is ~ 2 weeks.
They have totally forgot to ship my second order. They have shipped it after two weeks after I complained about missing tracking number. Only way I will use them in the future will be in case of a dire need.

However, I get about 10% errors (E4) when using the strips, which is rather annoying, especially since the strips are individually packed.
Sending a product that has < 4 months before expiration left is a bit of a bummer, the strips that came in the glucose meter package in the same day have almost 6 month until expiration.”
“The strips are fine and the recently price reduction makes me to use the device more often(hence 5star). I took away one star just because of the transportation (extremely slow , expensive and lack of tracking when it’s arrived to my destination city). It is a terrible experience.”
