“Haven't even received the order yet. Apparently shipping company has lost it. Replacement is supposed to be processing. I have my doubts that it will be corrected in a timely manner. DHL shipping is the worst! There are always delays in receiving your orders. I'm supposed to request a return label if the original order eventually shows up. Seems ridiculous for two tiny solution bottles. After paying high shipping costs and then not receiving the order, it makes you not want to place another order. One star is the lowest I can choose, but at this time it is actually a "0".”
“y cocept of a calibration standard is something that gives yo a number to see if your electronics are working right. My glucose meter read 113 which was in the RANGE of the 91 to 147 that the cal solution was set for. I am typically reading numbers between 105 and 120 on a daily basis. I know my meter reads 15 units higher than a vanous stick since thats an average of three comparisons with the laboratory reading. The whold thing is somewhat disappointing. I could technically read 146 while my actual reading is 100, and still be OK with the K-M meter. YIKES, how discouraging when you are just trying to find out what your simple blood gluscose is. You can be really off reality.”
“I have tested glucose and ketones with level 2 over two different batches of strips. Each batch measured well within limits. Just don't throw you batch specs in the trash without recording them first. Recording is a very important step.”
