“The product is high quality and works. I haven't had a single strip failing me. I would give 5 Stars to the actual product.
Two things are causing me to rate this poorly: The fact that you can't get the exact number of lancets suited for the strips, and the fact that you get a massive bunch of leaflets and packaging with the strips. After the initial purchase, there is no need to include this. Make it digital, why don't you. Half the product goes into the bin immediately.
Far too much waste. Personal health at the cost of ruining the environment leaves a bitter taste. At least give the option to buy this stuff in bulk without the packaging.”
“The combo pack arrived faster than I thought. However, the delivery was lousy. No one showed up at my apartment. I received an email that I have to pick it up at an address.

“wij gebruiken deze strips al bijna 2 jaar. Deze geven een juiste waarde en zijn betaalbaar. Bij het opstarten van het ketone dieet van mijn dochter ivm. epilepsie hadden wij eerst een ander testaparaat en strips gekregen van het ziekenhuis maar dit was niet betaalbaar voor ons. Voor 1 ketonestrip koste dit 8 euro en zo hebben wij er minimaal 2 nodig per dag. Wij testen 's morgens en 's avonds en als zij ziek is 's middags ook en soms lukt de test niet en moeten wij een nieuwe strip nemen, dan weet ik wel een verschil van 1,5 euro of 8 euro en even betrouwbaar want heb ik wel getest door de 2 strips gelijk te gebruiken en kwam op hetzelfde resultaat. Alles wordt ook netjes en snel geleverd. Ik hoop dat wij nog lang bij jullie kunnen bestellen.”
