I had defective strips in the Keto Mojo I received so I contacted support. I was sent a new Keto Mojo very quickly!

I was informed that my package was lost by the carrier and I would be receiving a replacement ASAP. I never got an email as to when I would receive tracking information on the replacement. I emailed the corresponding email that had originally informed me of the replacement request information on the replacement and was never informed of anything other than to return the original if it did end up showing up at a later date. I received my package almost 3 weeks after purchasing and a week later after being informed of the replacement. I emailed again to request some sort of restitution for this being such an inconvenience to my progress on my keto diet, as this meter is a crucial necessity. I have still yet to hear from anyone regarding my question and complaint. I want to assure that this is the first time I have had any issue with KETO-MOJO. The meter is excellent, and the company has been great up to this issue.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. PLACED OVER 2 weeks ago. I have emailed 3 times and called as well. No one will respond back to me. Awful customer service. I want a refund.
