“Disappointing. As someone who has never needed to take glucose readings, the how-to videos were unclear and of little help. The glucose/ketone strips are very expensive so rather than learn through wasting them I chose to not use the kit and put it away. The written instructions had print that was very small and the diagrams were hard to distinguish. I am so disappointed in this purchase, it was truly a waste of money.”
“I've had my meter for about two weeks and I am really enjoying it. Measuring my glucose and ketones is helping me understand how my body responds to certain foods, exercise, and hydration. It's fun to experiment to see if my numbers go up or down depending on what I eat. I'm learning so much about myself and which food habits to keep and which to eliminate. I did have an issue with my first meter, it wasn't working correctly so I contacted customer service and the representative was fantastic! After patiently walking me through some troubleshooting steps and making the determination that the meter was faulty, she assured me a replacement was on the way. I received it a couple days later and it worked perfectly. I really appreciated her professional and friendly assistance. I'm a very happy customer.”
