“A life saver! It took a year, but the daily review of my glucose morning levels was eye opening. I am doing my daily monitoring as a personal game. I finally can control what I eat, and what raises my sugar levels. I revamped my diet; I give a firm no to friends and family at home and in restaurants who try to give me something that will raise my glucose. If I go out, I'll have one non-sugar cocktail and then switch to seltzer and a lime. If there is desert, I'll split it with someone and take only one or two fork fills. I try to not eat carbs, spaghetti made from zucchini, I roll my turkey and cheese with mayo, no bread, etc. After almost a year people are saying, wow, you lost more weight.
