“Hello, I assume there is nothing that is not technically 5 star about my test strips. I say assume, because I ordered them on the 12th of last month (it was the evening so I guess I should say the 13th) & they are still not here yet. One of the reasons I bought from keto mojo is because they have the least expensive test strips on the market. The only way however, that that remains so, is if you purchase via Keto mojo directly. It's at least 10$ cheaper to buy from the company. If you do, make sure, that you make a purchase to refurbish your stock around a month before you run out. If, like me, you are tracking your glucose & ketones, it kind of sucks to have a big gap while you wait without test strips. (especially if you also have a health condition rather than purely weight loss. I did contact the company around the 2 week mark & they just sent me a link to dhl, which didn't tell me where the package was just that it was 'delayed'. When I wrote back & said hello, surely 2 weeks is a bit much given (esp. since I'm only in Mass & they are in Ga. It's not like they were coming from say, Calif. or China) & they just said that their shipping time is not guaranteed with standard or free shipping. So your other option is to pay for shipping. Which, I suppose, is fair enough but will probably bring your price per strip up to the Order from Amazon option. So yeah, order REALLY early or pay for expedited shipping & don't bother kvetching to them if you don't, because they can't do anything about it once the package is turned over to Dhl. It's probably not all that fair to give them 3 stars since it's technically DHL's fault.... but it's hard to not be a little irritated when I am sitting here unable to use my meter, which I also track glucose for hypoglycemia with. (Yes, yes, if it's a True health matter you should Really have plenty around but one expects 2 weeks to be more than reasonably far in advance!) Plus, there was not even a 'oh gosh, sorry your package has not arrived!' just a 'not our problem' though in different words. Theoretically, they will arrive today, if the USPS is correct. Apparently USPS can track what DHL Still can't. Still the best deal around & a solid meter, just Plan Accordingly!”
