“Issue: The meter won't recognize the Glucose strips when inserted.
It simply flashed the strip icon on the screen at the top regardless how many tries I made.
I tried the Ketone strips next - those worked just fine.
FYI - I did review the startup videos and instructions in the owner manual before doing any tests. Before trying any test strips I did run thru the meter settings, did the code calibration on the new meter and downloaded your app to my phone and synced it to the meter.
So assuming there's either a problem with the Glucose strips or the meter as the strips that work(Ketone) are noticeably thicker than the Glucose strips.
