“Love my new routine on keto with this tool. I've been on keto for years now with many ups and downs. After a longer detox fasting period I started from scratch and the ketone meter has become my ultimate helper to stay on track. It is so so motivating! It also gives me the best insight into how glucose spikes work. I learned about my metabolic flexibility and how sleep deprivation is killing the whole healing process even if I eat 0 carbs!
