“I am so happy I got the Keto Mojo. I used to us the pee strips but I knew they were not accurate. I was scared about pricking my fingers but it does not hurt at all. It’s nice to be able to see how the food I eat effect my glucose and my ketone levels. I got the Bluetooth model of The Keto Mojo so it calculates my GKI for me and all the info syncs to the app on my phone. Also the ketone test strips are about $1.00 a piece which seems high until you do your research and find that other brands are way more expensive. I am testing twice a day right now but once I get a good baseline I will probably only test if I eat or drink something out of the ordinary or if I just need reassurance that I am still in Ketosis.”
