“I’ve been practicing nutritional ketosis for over a year now, and love it!! I lost 20 lbs that WOULD NOT come off for over 2 years, and easily maintained my weight at 180 with a modified Atkins style diet. However, there was pesky belly & thigh fat that wasn’t clearing up.
