Our product should never be open. Our product comes direct to our shipping company from our factory. Our returns do not go back to this shipping company, If you have any product that you received that is open please do not use this product. Although we have found that from time to time product can get damaged in the mail and there may not be anything wrong with the product but just the packaging,
Can you tell me where you see the low battery warning? Many people think that the flashing strip symbol at the top of the meter is a battery. The battery symbol will be in the lower middle left side of the screen.
Can you please tell me what errors you are getting? We are here to help but we need as much info from you as possible.
