“Finally, I am understanding what gets me to ketosis and how I can adapt my diet. Knowing what foods affects my blood sugar and GKI was an eye opener for me. It was fairly easy to learn how to use it. The hardest part for me is the finger stick, but it is motivating to know exactly what is going on with GKI. The intermittent fasting does work, and my GKI proves it. I look forward to reaching my weight goals.”
“Really dislike it ... you made it too difficult to operate ... I would return but you do not allow returns
very unfortunate as I will tell everyone I know not to purchase as it is not easy to operate . I have shared with several people including engineers and no one likes it and everyone agrees not understandable.
It is ridiculous that you put something that is not easy to operate and do not give the option of returns.
What we do comes back to us... if I were you I would be embarrassed by this and the lack of understandable directions.”
