“Just what I needed to dial in my keto diet. I had been using the Keyto breath meter but it didn’t give me enough quantitative data about how deep into ketosis I was. I was also using a continuous glucose monitor which turned out to be completely inaccurate. It was waking me up with an alarm (that couldn’t be altered in settings) for blood sugar under 55. When I bought a diabetic glucometer at Walgreens (finger stick), that proved that the CGM was inaccurate.
