“I ordered the new Keto-Mojo and then received a message about trading my old one in. I contacted customer support and they very quickly responded and refunded the difference as a gift card. Their customer service is excellent!”
“I found the old-style meter easier to use and sync. I also liked that the old-style strips were easier to get to/open.
Candidly, I liked the TRADE-UP offer, but am suffering from buyer’s remorse. I liked the old meter better.”
“Excellent product - and I'm happy with the newer bluetooth function. This meter does it all for your Keto lifestyle, and for those watching their blood sugar. I only rated it 4 starts for 2 reasons. First, the packaging of each individual strip now - I test about 2 times a day and those little packages are tough to open. I do miss just having the strips together in a sealed vial. And 2, because initially the bluetooth didn't connect with the app on my phone. I had to uninstall/reinstall the app and then it worked fine, but my history was gone from my app. I could have downloaded it, but chose not to.
I also think that there are several app enhancements that need to be made for this to be optimal. Better choices on the app for tracking timing of readings: waking, before meal, after meal, fasting.

“The strips are individually packed and difficult to get in to. The meter is better but dealing with the strips is annoying and frustrating. They are flimsy strips as well. Not sure how the increase in individual wrapping helps costs but I assume this was a cost savings effort. And I can’t use the old strips I have with the new meter. Not at all impressed.”
“More cons than pros over the previous version. There are a couple of cool new features in the new meter and I love that I got a recycling kit and was able to upgrade for free. The new case is nice. I wish there was a zipped compartment for the lancets. I absolutely HATE that the new strips are individually packaged. This is my main issue with the new kit. Not only are they extremely cumbersome to open, there's NO need for so much waste. I also dislike the slot where the strips are inserted. It's not shaped like the previous one and it's not quite as easy to insert the strips. I also dislike that the meter immediately goes off when the strip is removed instead of staying on with bluetooth connectivity so I can upload my information like the older meter.”
