“Had head full of grey hair that is long and thin. I used Golden Brown hair color only, did not use anything else. Did as the instructions say, I fill the reason to keep your mix somewhat heated is to keep it from getting to stiff to work with. I felt this was truly safe & plant base color for my hair, no tingles, burning, nothing. It did as box says, will turn hair green ( I did not mind this, it was nice) but it does take 2 or 3 washings for it to come completely out. My hair kept getting lighter & lighter after each wash, it finally stopped after 2 1/2 weeks of washing. It does have a smell to it, but I actually liked it myself. I love the color, it is brown and no grey hasn't shown thru as of yet. This is a review as of 5 weeks after coloring with Khadi. I love it and will recommend to others who want to stop using harsh chemicals to color hair.”

We enjoyed hearing about your coloring journey with khadi. If hair color develops a green hue, please note that it's temporary and will wash out within 2-3 shampoos, as mentioned.
Here's a tip-
Add a teaspoon measurement of our Classic Red shade into your Golden Brown mixture to help counteract the green. As the amount of red being mixed in is so small, it will not alter your overall hair color results, and you will be able to enjoy our beautiful Golden Brown shade as intended.

“I’m a cancer survivor and wanted to color my grey hairs as it grows back with all natural. Although I had to experiment and figure out how to do it myself, it worked great! It has a strong green smell - like the powder I put in my smoothies - but it goes away. I’m reordering and hoping I’ll be faster using it. I definitely recommend it as a natural coloring!”

“Its great. My hair feels so soft. It has just been 24 hours and waiting for the 48-hour mark to see how my color actually darkens. I think I will get a shade darker shade as my why white hair needs a litter darker shade.”

Thanks for choosing our Golden Brown shade!
The longer the color processes the darker the color results will be. Some choose to wash their hair within 24 hours and others prefer waiting the full 48 hours.
If you feel that the roots are still not as dark as you would like you can always let the color process for 90-120 minutes on the white prone areas. Or mix a bit of our Dark Brown shade into your mixture. Try 1-3 tablespoons as that may be sufficient.
