“This hair dye is horrible, it was difficult to apply and very messy. Mixing the green powder with water turned it into this green sludge , leaving this on for a hour was difficult also. The hair net was so thin, it didn't hold my hair and the sludge was constantly dripping down my face and neck. The smell also is horrible, it made me sick. I'm generally not so sensitive to smells. Box dye in general doesn't smell very good but this is worse. It's like gasoline and tea bags and I can't get the smell out! I tried this because I'm really trying not to damage my hair anymore with chemical dyes so I went this all natural route. I'll have to keep searching. Directions say it will take 24 to 48 hours to see the color effect and not to wash your hair. The smell was so bad, I couldn't wait and washed. Smell is still there. Don't recommend.”

“I purchased Khadi Color Prep, Vitality Grow, Color Care, and Detox Mask. So far I have only used the Detox Mask. Great product. It doesn't smell good but a thorough rinse, no shampoo or conditioner, left my hair looking and feeling amazing. It cleared my hair and scalp, and any scalp irritation caused by a non-Khadi shampoo is resolved. Even more amazing, the color contrast between my previously dyed hair and new roots has 'blended' now so I don't need to color just yet.”
