“I used the measurements and water temp in the instructions and it was so watery I had to add more powder so it was any it closer to “cream”. Applying it to my hair was very dry and tricky. Rinsing it out was tricky because my hair felt soooo dry and hard to run my fingers through. I finally got it all rinsed out and even though the instructions said to not use anything, I had to put some hair oil in just so I could run my wet comb through it. My hair doesn’t look or feel any different. If anything it looks drier.”

“I bought 2 boxes for a 3 time and again it will expire on 02/2023 so soon .When you ship other color they have expiration date at least a year from date of purchase. Herb like senna loose potency and nutrients with time even if in closed packaging.
I do not know how old is this product .
I'm very disappointed, I wont be able use it in 2 months- (process is to messy,require lot of time and it should be done every couple months . )
I asked for exchange for the product with longer expiration date.
So far I did not receive the answer from customer service to my request.

“I used the product without color so I was not dying my hair, just trying it to see if I liked how it worked. It is messy and you have to keep it on a long time--it felt very good to wash it out. It smells like wheat grass. But my hair never felt cleaner and was shiny so I would use the product again.”

“It says it’s color free. I used it on my natural blonde hair and it dyed it a dark golden straw color. I had to go to a salon and have them fix my hair. Please don’t advertise as color free”
