“Wanting to avoid the chemicals in permanent hair dyes, I have tried several different types of henna. Some have been good, others not so. The problem has always been the roots. If you're looking for more vibrant color results, you can indeed extend the processing time. Another option is to color your hair a second time (all over), as it is completely safe to color more than once with khadi.
