“I had medium blonde hair, with some gray so decided to try dark blonde on my roots. I bought a thermometer, made sure water was at 140 per directions. Left it on for 1 hour. Rinsed it out. Roots were dark navy blue. Waited 48 hours and it looked even worse. I also bought the senna conditioner “color free” and used it on the rest of my hair. It turned my whole head a golden straw color. Long story short, I had to go to a professional salon and have all my hair colored. This whole experience cost me well over $200. Why is the first ingredient indigo in a blonde color”
