“This was my first time using and there were a few things made me nervous, but in the end fantastic results. While the color is processing, it does drip, so have a cloth ready. Use toner to get any color off your face/ears after rinsing. My hair felt really gritty after rinsing but as it dried it got smoother. I went a little past the 48 hour wash and my scalp got rather itchy. Working oil (I used Almond) onto the scalp relieves that almost immediately. After the entire process, my hair feels amazingly soft and is so shiny. It’s a long process but so worth it.”
