“I recently purchased this product and when using I find I need to use a lot of it to get my scalp clean. The consistency was a surprise to see how runny it was as well as how much I needed to feel like I was getting my scalp clean. And I have very fine thin hair. All our shampoos are highly concentrated. Learning how to use our shampoos effectively can be a bit of a learning curve, but we promise once you know how to, it's worth it!
Our shampoos differ from traditional shampoos as it's a natural-based shampoo. This means that using it will look a bit different than with other shampoos. We recommend using a color applicator bottle (or a single-use plastic water bottle with a cap), squirting a little shampoo into the bottle, filling the remainder with water, capping it off, and mixing it. You will apply the shampoo to wet hair and wash it as usual. We always recommend shampooing your hair at least twice. Doing so is beneficial because it allows for proper cleansing, giving you more extended periods with a clean scalp and avoiding the oily hair problem. It also keeps you from over-shampooing your hair (using too much product).
