“These are extremely powerful. After taking only one capsule, the next morning my digestive system completely cleared and carried on doing so the following day even though I didn't take any more. The instructions recommend taking one capsule daily with an evening meal and maintaining that dose for 2 to 4 days. After that you need a 4 week break before taking any more. I would highly recommend carefully timing your first try as a test. Maybe the first time, don't take consecutive doses if one does the job. The bottle contains 20 capsules of freeze dried whole leaf aloe ferox. They are gluten, wheat and dairy free and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They're on the larger side and have a bitter taste when taken, a little like Epsom salts, but this disappears quickly after swallowing. Good luck! Err on the side of caution initially.”
