“This is my first experience of consuming aloe vera - I have admired the plants and used the gel inside the leaves to soothe burns but never eaten it!In an effort to not be too graphic I might lapse into metaphor and there won't be any photos.I sometimes get 'backed up' especially if I have something like eggs or too much protein, which I find to be 'binding' so I thought I'd give this a go. I took one capsule in the evening, as suggested on the bottle and found it easy to swallow and wasn't sure if the capsule tasted faintly of pea-pods - it wasn't unpleasant.Anyway the next morning I found that I was enjoying the tune of 'Once, twice, three times a lady' by Lionel Richie which was a pleasant change from 'Holding Back the Years' by Simply Red.I didn't have any griping or anything and it all went ahead with little to no fuss. I'm very pleased to have this little tablet in my arsenal - pun intended.Happy to recommend.”

“The dosage for this is designed to be approximately 2 capsules per month and unfortunately that isn’t sufficient for me. According to the guidelines I can increase this but my condition means I need it more frequently, usually every other day and taken at regular times, so this doesn’t work out at very good value for me, as there are only 20 capsules in the tub.”
