The capsules are about the size of a multi vitamin. They are easy to swallow had no taste or after taste. Having used them for 2 days there is no doubt that they have had an effect at least on my bowel movements. I initially read that this was detox, so thought it was much more about colon cleansing than bowel movements though I did subsequently when reading through the detail saw it said not to take if you had regular bowel movements.”

The blurb says - Do not use Aloe PURE if you have regular bowel movements or if you have diarrhoea – I can understand the latter, but not the former. Are these only to get you going if you can’t?
