“I love using MSM for my joint health and I love it for that. MSM flakes and MSM powder are said to be much more effective than the tablet version because it is more easily absorbed by the body so I’ve been taking the powder form for years. I decided to try these flakes this time around as it’s did to be the purest form of MSM. So far, I’m liking this.It’s MSM, so it’s bitter tasting (if you’ve never taken MSM powder/flakes before, be prepared) but I’m pretty used to it now so it doesn’t bother me.Overall, I haven’t been taking these for long, so I cannot say how much more of a benefit I’m getting taking this rather than my regular powder which comes in a 1kg bag and cost only 3 times more than this. At £7.96 (at time of review) per 100g for this, if I don’t notice a significant difference, I will go back to my previous MSM powder, but if it does make a significant difference, I’ll stick with it.Ultimately, I do recommend it.
