“It's a nice bottle and with a spray function very easy to use. The instructions say spray after shower or bath for better absorption and rub in. I did this but probably because of the magnesium it left my skin feeling odd like there was something stuck to it. Sorry difficult to describe but I can't get on with this so threw away. I've used many oil sprays which normally leave your skin soft and smooth.”
“I always repurchase Kiki magnesium oil which I use for neck pain. Touch wood my neck pain hasn’t been as bad since I started using it. I read this after reading that muscle pain can be made worse by magnesium deficiency and I find supplements hard to stomach. I prefer this to other brands I’ve tried and have repurchased several times.”
“Unfortunately I absolute hate this. It doesn't do anything for my sore muscles whatsoever and it feels so greasy it makes me shudder. I put it on before bed and thought it would be OK by morning, but I can still feel it under my clothes and it makes all my clothes difficult to get on – even 24 hours after applying it! It appears to be nearly impossible to wash off too... Also in a plastic bottle with plastic spray and cap so not good environmentally either.”
