“Was a bit skeptical about these working, but thought I'd try. They're actually really good. They did nothing for the first month or two, but after that suddenly i started noticing my nails being really shiny and my skin being more resilient - spots seemed to have healed faster and my skin seems a bit more radiant. Also my hair is growing really fast. I only didn't give 5 stars as they smell pretty bad and the capsules are huge - I've had a few chokey moments trying to swallow them. But they're good and I'll buy again.”
